Current regulations require vehicle rental companies (without driver) to report to the State Police, through the CaRGOS portal, the identifying data of whoever requests the rental, at the same time the contract is signed. This is an obligation not to be underestimated: failure to report exposes the company’s legal representative to criminal consequences. MyCargos turns this requirement into a matter of a few seconds: the AI reads the documents, extracts the data, and sends it to the portal — no manual transcription, and no risk of forgetting a submission.
